Baby stimulation (0-24 months)

Early stimulation and massaging of babies for optimal development regarding the visual, auditive, tactile (feeling) and large motor movements.

--- 4 x 30 minute sessions per month

Baby Massage (0-24 months)

Baby is massage that can be given to new born infants and can continue into the toddler years. It is a specialized massage that makes for happier babies and usually aids in his or her sleep patterns as massaged babies generally fall asleep more quickly.

Kinetics group sessions (2-12 years)

Kinderkinetics lessons will be offered at the pre-primary school during school hours. The focus of this program is the gross motor development of your child. These classes are offered in groups.

--- 4 x 30 minute sessions per month

Remedial / individual program (1-12 years)

Specially adapted, individual Kinderkinetics programmes are offered for children with motor related problems or needs.
Aspects to be addressed are specific to the childs needs. This program also enhances academic performance.

--- 30 minute sessions, quantity as per individual preference (min 4 per month)
